Ocean Mainport Rescue Ltd is the Aberdeen based Safety Standby operation that evolved from the business of the Havila Group in the United Kingdom dating back to 1995. Today the company is a part of Ocean Mainport Holdings Ltd, a multinational group providing a full range of multi-role and dedicated Emergency Response and Rescue vessels to the offshore oil industry. We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible recovery service in the event of any offshore emergency.
The innovative approach we take to our business is backed up by expertise and experience established over many years. OMR staff are committed to providing our customers, within the offshore oil service industry and allied sectors, with the highest standard of support. We strive to exceed the expectations of our customers by providing a service focussed on safety, reliability and being environmentally conscientious.
From our offices in Aberdeen we now own and operate 11 ERRVs (emergency response and rescue vessels) and 3 PSVs (platform supply vessels) all of which are manned by highly-trained seagoing personnel who are dedicated to the well-being of those we support. The 26 ships additionally owned and managed by our ultimate shareholders provide further scope for the world-wide support of our customers’ marine requirements.
